The Bistrot Dalì picks up regional fresh ingredients, such as homegrown friarielli, pomodorini del Piennolo (a local quality of tomatoes) and homemade pasta coming from the traditional pasta factory Leonessa.
The Bistrot holds up to 150 people in two beautifully designed and artistic rooms.
Experience the taste
Start the tasting experience with the eye: our regional selection of cold cuts and cheese are displayed at the centre of the Bistrot, as well as the cellar, the wood stove, the barbecue and the kitchen, where you can have a look at our chefs’ work.
